I finally made it to my gate after a poor travel day to Ft Lauderdale; a local storm delayed many flights from getting in or even moving on the runway. So by the time I was finally off the plane; the airport was mobbed and there was water on some roadways making traffic even worse. After seeing Economy didn't have a desk at the airport I was a little worried, but the shuttle came in a very timely manner and then I was thrilled to be well taken care of at their relaxing off-airport-property. Manny at the desk made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of before leaving in a clean and smooth running vehicle. Drop off was just as smooth! I didn't get any names beyond Manny but everyone was kind and I felt very taken care of; and for a great price! Thank you Economy Rent a Car Ft Lauderdale.Reviewed 2023 Jul 31

The low cost was amazing and the speed with which they process the pickup and drop-off is the best I have experienced. I rent a lot in Fort Lauderdale and this is the best price and best service I have had in Fort Lauderdale.Reviewed 2023 Jun 24

Customer service was horrible. The cars smelled bad and are they are beat up. Don’t forget to read the fine print. They require you to bring the declaration page of your insurance if you plan to use your insurance. The insurance card is not enough. All the cars are scratched and or dented so make sure you take pictures before you leave.Reviewed 2023 Jun 14
