The pick-up/drop-off system was good, but it was frustrating that the staff at pick-up were less than helpful. The staff made every effort to make themselves unavailable, and avoid any questions, simply directing me and other customers to the machines issuing the notes for picking up the car. The message to the customer was clear: "do not bother us, just read the instructions in the machine. If anything isn't clear, too bad for you". Extremely frustrating, when arriving tired from a long trip. I cannot imagine how an elderly person would be able to handle this poor service.Reviewed 2022 Aug 18

The counter Reps was excellent and professional and was actually listening and had a great sympathy. They say you always remember how someone makes you feel well She did that. Her name is Aura and the Black Man outside was also excellent. I have found my forever rental place.Reviewed 2022 Aug 08

Older vehicle with 68,000 miles that idled rough when stopped. The vehicle wasn’t ready at the time we were scheduled to pick it up. For the money paid for the rental, the expectation was greater than what was delivered.Reviewed 2022 Jul 03
