The line was way too long. It took us over an hour and a half to receive our vehicle.

Cons:

The car was filthy. Not washed , inside lord ok, no trash or dirty but smells like cigarettes, alot of cigarettes. I went to the dollar store abd bought myself doest air freshener abd window cleaner abd paper towels to clean it myself, after ask we are in a pandemic abd I have to sit in this thing all day. THEN I wanted to extend my rental but it was $57 a day to extend my $42 a day rental..... that's a joke. It should carry the same price. They close 30 minutes after i dopped it off... so instead of making $40 they got nothing. I was told the reason they didn't wash the car was that the Pipes were frozen.... hasn't been that cold. She was the only one there.. She was very polite, seems like they expect too much from her. Very busy. But for$43 ......i was ok with it.

Cons:

The van never came to the airport and we had to walk to Avis,. Thent there were only two agents and we we #9 in line and that took an hour. The the car smelled terrible of smoke and there was bird mess all over the pasenger windshield. Upon the return thery were usin only one small bus to transport back to airport, a long line and again we had to walk back to the airport rather than wait the long time it wold have taken.

the young lady & the NY Giants masked man represent themselves well, and so Payless & Kayak - really worthy of strong confidence, excellent service, great engagement

people were very rude and would not help / some how the car rental was not right and they would not help to make it right. They told us to go to another loc. for the car, so we had to cancel the reservation ! We had to make a new rental with AVIS . I will NEVER RENT A CAR FROM HERIZ AGAIN . OR USE KAYAK

Pros:

I have been misled. I reserved a car from PHL airport, the system sent me to another office without my knowledge. When I cancelled the rental, I oaid penalty of $107

Pros:

The only thing I liked about my experience was that the vehicle was spacious enough to fit my family as described and the price was also as described.

Cons:

I searched for the airport locations and click on the price and car that I was comfortable with. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that my reservation was not for the airport location. I was then told that they couldnt help me at all and that I had to call the headquarters. A family of 7 standing around their lobby trying to figure our how to get a rental car while the staff did nothing. They werent pleasant about it or apologized for the inconvenience. The headquarters did the same. They couldnt honor the rate nor did they offer to bring the vehicle to pick us up. Instead they attempted to book a smaller car at the airport for triple the price. We ended up having to take an Uber to the location that was 40 mins away to pick up the car and had to have an argument to drop it off at the airport because the original drop off location was closed on Sundays. Never again.
