Pick up at 12: Am was good and fast. Wanted to try out the car it was new to the market so I got that and it had the leg room I needed. On my return it was an older woman who did her best and because I had a foot protector asked if I needed a ride to the airport. I took the shuttle but she really cared and had already asked. Car was clean and in great shape.Reviewed 2024 Sept 09

One week prior to my scheduled pick up time I received a call from the pick up location stating I needed to call the 800 number to cancel my reservation because they would not have a car ready for me. I did not cancel my reservation as I received numerous other emails confirming my vehicle would be ready. I picked up my vehicle and it was equipt with a feature called UVO, a subscription based service, which was not activated. Every 5-10 minutes while driving the radio would turn off as it attempted to connect to the UVO system. After returning the vehicle I started getting charged for numerous fees and add one that were never discussed at the time of checkout. I will never rent from Hertz again.Reviewed 2024 Sept 04

They had incorrect duplicate order that messed up my entire booking process. They then gave me the wrong car. Charged me for a full tank even though the car was 1/3 full. Had wrong mileage. When I dropped off, they tried to retroactively change my daily rate, increasing by 30%. Absolutely awful experience.Reviewed 2024 Apr 15

Customer service was not good. At pickup, customer service representative made it seem like I was required to have the insurance. I thought I had paid for everything up front then all of a sudden I have another $167 in insurance. It was very confusing. I will not be using Hertz again due to the fact it seemed like they were trying to get every cent out of you instead of working with you to give you a good car experience. If you pay ahead online they should not be trying to sell you more stuff at pickup that you don't need.Reviewed 2024 Apr 09

Single worst car rental experience I have had. I’ve tried to rent from this location multiple times, multiple confirmed prepaid bookings. This is the first time they have had a car. The people working here have never heard of customer service. They answer personal phone calls during helping customers, lie to customers faces, and walk away from you in the middle of trying to get your car and return your car. I have never seen anything like this Hertz location. Shocked they are allowed to operate.Reviewed 2023 Nov 28

Because they computer was down I had to wait 2 hours when I had a reservation. Then they gave me an “upgrade” of an EV, but no instructions about why that meant. Just rushed me through the process to get me out of there. I wound up spending more on charging the car than renting it. Not to mention the hours of time I lost trying to find places to charge, stations that were out of order, the six apps I had to download to my phone, and the actual hours I wasted charging the car instead of spending time with my family - the reason I rented the vehicle in the first place. When I told them I was upset they said there was nothing they could do until the rental was over. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to see IF I can get a refund. The Hertz location was in a cold parking garage with benches and 3 inch bulletproof glass so I couldn’t hear half the things they were talking about. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I’ll take the train next time. This was horrible.Reviewed 2023 Nov 14

Everything was fairly smooth. I didn’t get a comprehensive explanation of the EV that ended up being my rental, but I figured most things out. Staff was friendly.Reviewed 2023 Nov 06
