The car was much bigger than expected but the price was good Due to road construction at the airport it took almost an hour to access the drop off point. That was not Sixt fault but not having a good work around for that problem caused delays in getting to terminal Overall, happy with our choice but like everything there's room for improvement Down side-we left our handicap parking placard in the car. I will never rent cars from Sixt again. Ever. In selected the wrong date for a rental and promptly canceled the reservation one week before the rental date. Sixt forced me to pay $100 to cancel. This is grossly unfair and a predatory business practice.Reviewed 2023 Jul 25

Picking up was not a welcoming experience. Conveniently the BMW X1 was not available, downgraded to a GMC. The attendant had no personality, and tried to only offer me the unlimited toll package, but I notice the basic and she couldn’t explain it. Other than that, when the car was clean, the drop off experience was great, no issues, lady was helpful and nice.Reviewed 2023 Jul 14

I was charged an additional driver fee for my husband to drive the vehicle although we are on the same insurance policy and same household. When I picked up the rental car at Sixt they said there would be tolls on the highway from Philadelphia to Ocean City and we should get the E-ZPass rental included in our car rental cost. I told them we would only be going through the 2 tolls, once on the way to Ocean City and once on the way back. They were unclear on how much the two tolls would be and they said we could not pay cash at the tolls. They wanted to sell us an E-ZPass rental that would cost us $6 a day for our 6 day rental. I questioned them about the necessity of renting an E-ZPass because it did not make sense when we could just pay at the tolls on the way there and the way back. Unfortunately, we were unsure about these tolls, and they convinced us that it was necessary. Later, when we came upon these two highway tolls it was very clear that we could have paid with cash and it was only one dollar for each toll. I highly recommend that Sixt presents more truthful options for their costumers for paying the highway tolls with their rental cars.Reviewed 2023 Feb 18
