Terrible at car pick up. The online price was not honored $119.56 at the pickup counter of Hertz. The Associate said I was supposed to use the app to secure that price, and he could no longer off it to me. I was livid. But also needed to get to my destination on time. I was charged $130.02 instead. This is not how you maintain a loyal customer base or good experience feedback. I thought Hertz was giving me a great deal on your plat form, but I was misled. They wanted to make us take an electric car unless we paid more money even though another person there took the electric car so they charged us more money to take a car. That was the only one available. The car was empty no gas. And smelled like marijuana.Reviewed 2026 Aug 02

I drove an hour to go pick up the car. Not only today not have a car in my class. They didn’t have any cars at all. I ended up spending another two hours looking for a car available at the last minute and all other hertz try to charge me double but I found one with enterprise.Reviewed 2026 Aug 02
