They over charge, I was book SUV or similar for $225.00 they give me KIA electric I'm not agree they change to RAV4 they don't say anything after I get home they charge me $517.00 total they adding $240.00 for upgrade from SUV to SUV RAV4. what do you thing different.Reviewed 2023 Sep 05

I was delayed because of storms and finally got to Boston around 330 am and the offices had closed at 130am so I had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours before I could try to pick up my rental. When it was finally time to pick up my car they took an additional hour getting cars “ready” for customers. The car I had had been cleaned in haste and there was still food and trash underneath the seats but at this point I was ready to just be on the road to my destination. When it was time to drop off the car I was charged an additional $113 dollars for taxes and surcharges which I thought was included with the initial rental. Knowing how Thrifty operates I will chose a different company from now on and will not refer them to anyone.Reviewed 2023 Jul 18

Waited in line for 90+ minutes to check in for our reserved car. Then waited for another two and a half hours(!!!) in a different line to pick up our car. It was insane. Never renting from Thrifty in Logan Airport again.Reviewed 2023 Jun 30

They had a 2 hour wait for cars even with a reservation. The desk attendants were GREAT, this is not their fault. But I couldn't pick up my reserved car since they didn't have one available. Very frustrating.Reviewed 2023 May 31

a 3+ hour line to get the car at 11:30pm after a 4 hour flight? After an hour, we realized is was going to be another 2.5 hours in line based on the number of people in line and the fact that there was one person signing people in.Reviewed 2023 May 30
