Pros: Nothing. When we arrived at 21:30 hrs to pick up car, the attendant was not there. We we were informed s/he had left at 21:00 hrs. I had informed the rental that I would arrive approximately at 22:00 hrs. There were also others waiting for same reason. We were all redirected to Hertz which was the only agency still open.
Cons: See above.
Cons: The drop off was fine, however the pickup was difficult and took two hours.
Cons: They didn't have any cars when I arrived for my reservation. 6 other people before me waited as well. They should be more organized, completely messed up my morning.
Pros: Nothing. They had zero vehicles available when I checked in despite my reservation. Was told they "might" have a car for me in 2-3 hours. Unacceptable. I then had to rent as a walk-up customer at one of the other agencies, which of course cost significantly more.
Cons: Have cars available if people reserve them!!!
Cons: The car was not ready at the reservation time and was delayed by several hours. Desk staff were not helpful.
Cons: Pick up at ORD was very slow and they asked me to wait in the seating area as no cars I have reserved were available. I let staff know I wasn’t picky. After waiting for over half hour I realized I had been forgotten. I returned to the line and was treated quite rudely by a staff member. I noticed he was similarly very rude to another customer and family. It was extremely off putting. Traveling in a Pandemic I’d stressful and only due to emergency. Being treated disrespectfully when the agency itself was at fault was very unfortunate. The car itself was fine and served me well. The service left quite a lot to be desired.
Cons: Checking in at the rental desk was not great, even with a reservation - the staff was fairly uninterested in being there. The car was not particularly clean and had several dings and scratches that I needed to record so that they weren’t pinned on me. I hated the car (GMC Terrain) and found it’s technology and features dated. Drop off process was easy. Overall a mediocre experience.
Pros: The price was very good and the car was much better both in miles and luxury than I expected.
Cons: I waited 20 minutes in line to meet with the counter agent. I was skipped over many times as they selected "Dollar" customers over "Thrifty" customers even though it's own by the same corporation. After the 20 minute wait to see the agent, I waited another 40 minutes for my car to be "sanitized" due to Covid and it was clear that all they did was wash the outside of the car. The inside still had crumbs from the last renter.

Cons: More clear signage when I dropped off. I went inside which after waiting a half hour to be waited on bc they were very busy I found out I didn’t need t be inside I could’ve gotten help with someone outside Diane was extremely helpful and apologetic She was aware of everyone waiting and told customers in line they would be helped soon which is nice in this day and age that she acknowledged the customers waiting
Pros: Never know. HaD to cancel due to covid 19 ban

Cons: Proper functioning equipment. The EZPASS was defective and had to pay tolls on the skyway by credit card and will be likely fined by the illinois tollway for unpaid tolls.
