Pros: Comfortable car, clean and very simple steps to pick it up and drop off
Pros: The staff was extremely professional while we were checking in. He made sure we knew where our car was, and even helped with directions to our destination that night. I would definitely go back!
Cons: He could have asked the person that had checked in before us to wait until we were finished to have his questions answered.
Pros: The experience was the worst I've ever had. There was no attendant at the Thrifty counter. There was a sign that said go to the Thrifty attendant in the parking garage. There was no attendant there, either, and a sign that said go to the Hertz counter. There were 10 people in front of me in line and I waited 45 minutes in line, making me late for my appointment. The attendant didn't have any envelopes for my sales contract and because he talked to a person in front of me about video games for several minutes caused the wait to be linger than it should have.
When I returned my car there were no attendants in the garage I had to drop off my key in the after hours box, and I still have not received an email receipt.
The entire experience was a fail and in 25 years of renting vehicles this is the first time I've ever complained.
Pros: No one was at the kiosk for pickup. The sign inside the airport said go to the garage. We get to the garage and there’s another sign that said to go to the lower level but no one was downstairs. An agent from another rental service said go to Hertz, the parent company. Nobody was there. So we call a number and no one answered. Eventually, after 20 minutes someone shows up. However, my online reservation wasn’t in the system. They had my name but not my info or payment. We stood there for another 30 minutes. In the end, I had to complete paperwork by hand. It took about an hour to get a car. It was ridiculous.
Cons: Now that we’re in the pandemic, have a better system for customer service. Other rental agencies had people working at their booths. Nobody was waiting for a car. If someone is going to be away from the rental desk, have a bell, phone number or something to alert an agent.
Pros: Upgrade on the car was awesome and price was right!

Cons: Thrifty service agent was unpleasant like she hated every minute of dealing with customers and I could have done without that. Was directed to another car rental place in the rental car area (I can't remember which kiosk, Avis maybe?) but then the envelope they used was Dollar, very confusing. No car was ready even though it didn't seem busy. We stood around for 30 minutes!!! Finally they brought us the car, which I found out was a 7 passenger SUV "recreational style" while I thought I had rented a full size SUV. I was told you can't rent a full size SUV on Thrifty.com. Such a bummer but we made due. There was melted candy below the window in the 3rd row seat on the left. Disgusting. How did they not see it? Never again with Thrifty!!
Cons: This experience was great! Thirty is much better than Budget! Will never do business with Budget again! Sweet employees at Thrifty ad very helpful!
Cons: Depending on the time of day you land, one person might be managing 2-3 different rental desks (as has twice been my experience). The first vehicle I was given on this particular trip (a Jeep Cherokee) reeked of cigarette smoke and was not in great shape inside or out.
Cons: Only one person at check in. A lot of people and it took forever to process.
