They overcharged me for geo fence and that was not mentioned at the time of booking. You all should better job of mentioning this on booking rather than adding in somewhere in term and condition. I felt like getting changed on what was not suppose to be for unlimited mile car. The car also was not maintained it was showing oil change message and brakes were not good either.Reviewed 2025 Jul 09

We waited over 45 mins for the shuttle that’s supposed to come every 10/15 mins. When calling they just kept saying it was on the way. If I would have known how long it would take I would have taken an Uber to save valuable vacation time. Once in the office it took I er 45 mins to be in a vehicle. If I say No EXTRA insurance that’s what it means. I was quoted $145 for the rental. When I checked out the charge was $267. Something about some extra insurance that’s you’re forced to take even if you have full coverage. They were definitely not clear on this. I would’ve said no immediately. It’s bait and switch all day. Nothing as a black man I was subject to racism at the highest. After my conformation on line with the same credit card and license I used two days earlier at JFK they ran my credit again and doubled the price of my rental so I didn't get the car any more I have been renting since the eighty's this was my worse experience ever.Reviewed 2025 Jun 25
