When we picked up our car, we got about an hour away, and the transmission went. The car was shaking horribly, wouldn’t go above 60, engine lights came on the dash. We called and they said all we could do was drive it an hour back to exchange, which felt unsafe as well as frustrating as we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us to set up a tent for camping. We went back to exchange, and I asked how we would be compensated for a car that risked our safety and had a transmission that failed immediately, and was told we could not be compensated anything. Was also told we were responsible to go fill the gas tank on the car that the transmission broke down on before they could accept it back. I just got my bill for the new car, and they charged me for pre paid gas even though we declined that and returned the second car full. Overall would NOT recommend.Reviewed 2023 Aug 23

They didn't have the car I reserved for, so had to choose something else, not ideal but worked. One of the tires had a slow leak, which made us nervous about driving such long distances. Reported this when I returned the car, so I hope they address it before giving to the next party.Reviewed 2023 Aug 04

This place is a scam. They will double charge you for taxes and fees, which were already paid for when we booked the car online. And then tried to double charge us if you prepay for fuel. You have to review the contract line by line to ensure all the math adds up. Avoid this place and go someplace else.Reviewed 2023 Jun 09
