Cons: There was only one car option which didn't seem full size to me. My head touched the ceiling and I'm not extremely tall.
Pros: Nothing. Car was not there, had to make different reservation. Found better rate with different company. Nothing satisfying at all about the experience.
Cons: The car be available, for starters would be great. Refund me the full amount of the rental since it was not available to use for my trip. When I reached out to customer service I was out on hold for over 30 minutes, being reassured I would speak to someone in “4 minutes” then “2 minutes” then “6 minutes” then just disconnected me. Really awful experience and I’d really appreciate someone making it right by at least refunding my money.
Pros: Staff was friendly & helpful, pick up & drop off easy
Cons: Van was dirty inside, I ended up cleaning inside
Cons: Didnt get car , wasnt able to change drivers on site. Wasnt able to call anyone on the phone to change
Pros: Staff was nice.
Pros: Yes
Cons: No one there during dropoff. No customer support
Pros: While the drop-off was located away from the airport, we were able to get our rental much cheaper even with using a Lyft driver back and forth. The staff was friendly and quick during checkout and return.
Pros: Staff at pickup was very nice and helpful. Car worked great.
Cons:
Drop off was easy but a little confusing for first time renter.
Cons: The car should have had some maintenance before we took it out on the road. It made driving a little hard
Cons: No suggestions
Pros: Minimally driven vehicles and easy to get started with a rental.
Cons: Weather-dependent options
