It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Cons: "Horrible lie flat seats with absolutely no stowage room. Seats are super cramped with 8 in a row you feel like being transported in a cattle car. Crew was most decidedly unfriendly. We were boarded on time despite the fact BA knew the flight was delayed and sat at the gate for an hour. Food was equivalent to hospital food. U must be crazy to fly business in BA. Never again."

Cons: "British Airways issued me and several others faulty boarding passes so I could not get through security and had to wait over 6 hours for the ticket counter to open so they could print me a whole boarding pass with a new barcode (I tried calling and they just told me to wait for the ticket counter to open). The emails they sent me with my tickets were all different and confusing, sending to different web pages to retrieve my boarding pass."

Cons: "Everything was sub par with BA. We upgraded to world traveler plus and the seats were old, there was trash from the previous flight and the tv screens were from 1995. The movies are only on loop so when you take off and are finally allowed to turn on the tv, the movies are 25 minutes in. All around a waste of money. Will never fly BA AGAIN!!"

Cons: "Better seats, the main cabin extra seats were just like the other main cabin seats. One particular stewardess was very rude to all the passengers, while the steward Jeffery was very nice and friendly."

Cons: "Everything! Crew were terse, rude and inattentive. Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

AA rebooked me without my consent and assumed i would be ok taking a later flight 24hrs later. After hassle, i thought i received a perfect flight which would get me to my destination A WEDDING at that in time. However, i have been rebooked over 5x in under 24hrs and still at the airport from 9hrs later! They do not compensate you and do not even extend the offer!"

Cons: "I chose a package on the cheap flights that has a left hand side for choosing number of baggage which invariably inreases fare depending on the number of baggage and i choose 2 and paid for 2 baggage but the ticket came with 1 baggage and i contacted both by phone call, email and your website but did not get any fsvourable response. Had to pay again at the airport for the extra bag. This is highly unfair."
