They were closed at the time I was supposed to pick up my rental. Why would you give the customer a choice of pickup times that included hours that the pickup location is closed?? Awful. Absolutely awful. Cost me hours of my time and hundreds of dollars. Will never use your site or Enterprise again.Reviewed 2023 Oct 16

Pros:I didn’t like anything, because there was nothing to like. I went to get my rental at the time that you told me to. But you didn’t have any cars available and didn’t allowed me to have one. I had to buy me a ticket on Amtrak. For the money that you took from me, get prepare, I’m going to sue you. An less you put that money back on my card😡 you should not had made the reservation if you didn’t have a car to rent.Cons:To have an available car to be rented. Pros:The Enterprise staff at the airport location were very unhelpful. Fortunately I went to the Payless counter & received excellent service at a good price.Cons:My request online was fir the airport location. I entered it 3 times and assumed the website was giving me the requested pick up location. It did not. I was very disappointed upon arrival that I had no car ready fir the price I was quoted.Reviewed 2021 Apr 09
