Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:My vehicle was not ready on time so I had to return later. When I returned I was given the wrong vehicle, much less than I had paid for. The manager was not able to give discount because the rental was purchased thru Kayak. Will most likely never use Kayak or Fox again.Reviewed 2020 Aug 31

Pros:Drop off and pick up was very easyCons:We had our rental car broke into and staff that I called laughed at me saying my claim number was wrong. They also told me that if we needed to be picked up they couldn’t do it because we had a family of 5 and they could only take up to 4 people. So stayed that we had to find a ride to the airport ourselves or just drive it back in the condition it was in. They also told me that even though we had a bad situation happen if our car was not back on time we would get charged for it being late and entire extra day. We also we supposed to get a gull size car and we did not get that. Very disappointed and will not rent from them again!!!!Reviewed 2020 Jan 07

Pros:friendly staffCons:took awhile to get through the line at the counter for pick-up. And, when I needed to change the credit card I initially used, I couldn't do it at drop-off. it took quite a process to get it switched.Reviewed 2020 Jan 05

Cons:Fox refused to honor the price agreed upon through Kayak. They were going to charge me $65 more per day. I will never rent with Fox and may never use Kayak again.Reviewed 2020 Jan 05

Pros:staff was ok, but far from friendly. pickup guy failed to note the car was smashed in the side and repaired (evidenced by the non factory two tone paint work) and the return guy barely looked up from his device...Cons:it sure would have been nice to get the car i reserved (Toyota RAV4) or Better instead of the POS Mitsubishi Outlander (Sport(!) no less!!) i got for my family of four. poor comfort, lousy handling, acceleration, fit AND finish. an otherwise outstanding two week trip ended up be a series of non stop jokes over what a lousy vehicle we had.Reviewed 2020 Jan 04

Cons:I did not want a sports utility vehicle oh, but that was all they had. The Hyundai Santa Fe has horrible blind spot on the passenger side and it smelled like cigarettes, so I wasn't really very enthusiastic about driving itReviewed 2019 Dec 23

Pros:Staff was friendly and car was nice.Cons:Felt like I got overcharged. Tried to get in touch with them ahead of time and ask them about extending my time for a couple of hours but after 2 days and a half dozen phone calls I gave up. When you call their number they tell you there are ten ahead of you and they will call you back. Call came 2 1/2 hours later and I was put on hold then hung up on. This happened 5 separate occasions so I quit trying Also do not agree to have them charge you ahead of time for gas. They charge you for a complete full tank and not for only what you used. That is a complete rip-off. I will never use them again!!!! I hope someone reads this and pays attention to the concerns and experience I had before you rent a car from them.Reviewed 2019 Dec 21

Pros:Easy drop off at the airport.Cons:The woman at the check in desk was horrible and extremely rude. She kept trying to pressure me into getting additional coverage despite the fact that I had already bought primary coverage on the Kayak website. She started to get angry with me when I refused and kept saying, “you’ve got coverage with them but I don’t think you know about 3rd person coverage. You look like you don’t even know. Pull out the email they sent you!” So loud that the people behind me could hear her. We all just stopped and stared at her and I finally asked if I could have my car so I could leave. She was angry at me that she couldn’t hustle the up sell out of me and just stared at me for another 2 minutes like I spit in her cereal or something. IT WAS WEIRD. I won’t be going with FOX Rentals again strictly because of her. That was a horrible experience.Reviewed 2019 Dec 17
