Test type
Visitors from Israel are not required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test or antigen result upon entering the Philippines.
Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering the Philippines.
The isolation period can be shortened

After 7 days of quarantine, travelers can get a test. If the test is negative, travelers do not need to quarantine further.

Details and exceptions

While awaiting test results, travelers must quarantine for a minimum of 7 nights in a pre-booked accredited quarantine hotel/facility, at their own expense.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from the Philippines must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from the Philippines will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
