Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departing to the United States.
Exceptions

Children under the age of 2 are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 test.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel are not required to quarantine after entering the United States.

Travelers are recommended to quarantine between 7-10 days after arrival in the United States. Travelers are recommended to take a COVID-19 test 3-5 days after arriving in the USA. If the test is negative, it is recommended that travelers quarantine for 7 days.

If the test is positive, they should self-isolate until they recover. Travelers should check quarantine requirements for the specific state they are traveling to, as some states such as Vermont and Hawaii have implemented a mandatory quarantine for international travel.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from the United States will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
