Cons: The only issue that ever came up was the shower would leak a bit into the hallway floor.

Cons: The rooms were minimalist, which is okay because you aren’t there much. However, the biggest problem we had was that our key demagnetized EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. We put it in different pockets, away from cell phones, we were very careful because it got SO ANNOYING to have to trek back to the desk from the 17th floor every time we went back to the room. Our subway cards didn’t demagnetize stored the same way. I stay in hotels frequently at all price points and have never had this consistent a problem with room access. By the end of the trip I thought I should just probably go wait in the front desk line every time I walked through the lobby just to avoid the trip back down.

Cons: Room was EXTREMELY small. Unclean (hairs in sink and on bathroom floor). Not even a small, single serve coffee machine in the room. All for $450 per night?

Cons: Near Times Square, cleanliness and open room with large window...

Cons: Service on the room was not attempted until 5:20 p.m.

Cons: The bathroom was very undesirable!! From the door not shutting all the way (sitting at the desk you could see the person sitting on the toilet because there was that much of a gap) to the shower that everyone can see your shadow in - so uncomfortable with others in the room

Cons: Price went up as we approach summer. People should get the same rate as when the stay started. 98/100

Cons: The room was pretty tight for three people. Also, when I called to ask the concierge about transportation to the Newark, NJ airport, she did not know to tell us there was a bus directly from Port Authority to the airport. She had described a multi step trip on the subway to the commuter train, the schedules for which "change every day." The other option she gave us was a $100 cab trip. We opted to take the bus home when catching our flight appeared it was going to be too expensive or too complicated for newbies to NYC. We learned of the bus going directly to the airport when we arrived at Port Authority. But by then it was too late to make our flight.

Cons: Elevators are a bit old. But there are 4 total - Pro tip use the ones at the ends of the halls, they are smaller but less used.

Cons: The staff took a long time to get our bags from storage when we checked out. We did not miss our connection but i was disappointed for the hotel because they were doing a really good job. Overall however, I give the Belvedere my highest recommendation.

Cons: The fact that there was only decaf coffee pods in the room. People staying in a hotel do not always want just decaf. The room we stayed in had no bathtub and I was very disappointed with that.

Cons: Prices float so check periodically for good deals.

Cons: The room is a little small compare to other traditional hotel but it is really clever designed to maximize the use of space. There's only one glass door between the bathroom and the outside. If you share the room with someone, your 'business' could be heard.

Cons: The HVAC system was loud. I did not sleep well the first night because of it. The entry doors are huge and heavy. While the ADA automatic door buttons were helpful, a door man would be a nice addition to help guests in and out of the Lobby with luggage. The elevators were slow. At times there was a line to get on the elevator on main level.

Cons: I couldn’t pair my phone to their tv to their Chrome cast

Cons: 1. My flight was delayed. I called 3 times to tell them, no one every answered. When I arrived at 1:20am they didn't have a room available and now were fully booked even though I had a reservation and was fully paid in advance. The staff repeated multiple times how I was a "No show" and it wasn't there fault. The staff did not offer or help me find another hotel. - I returned on Sunday for the remaining stay. 1. On the 3rd night I asked for a shower towel and they didn't have any and so used hand towels. 2. The room above me would wake me up at all hours of the night with loud banging. I asked to move rooms and the staff was unable as they needed approval and the person wasn't there at that time. I was unable to get it switched.

Cons: Very noisy hotel, parties and smell of weed!!! The staff don’t really care

Cons: The elevators were a joke and the front desk was rude. It’s an old stinky hotel with rooms that are microscopic in size

Cons: I thought i had a room with a view and when unchecked in, they told me I didn’t...but then they quickly upgraded me to a great room, with a view, a loveseat, a walk in closet etc. unfortunately, i was hardly there to take advantage of anything but staff was great and location was super convenient.

Cons: Over charge to store bags. This should be free.
