Persons who own residential property within the Cayman Island
Students with a valid visa to study in the Cayman Islands
Persons with close family ties to residents or work permit holders - spouses, fiancés, parents, grandparents and siblings
Persons approved on the Global Citizen Concierge Program
Other visitors approved via the Travel Cayman team. (For travel approval, you must apply via the Travel Cayman Portal).
Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. An additional test is required on day 15 after arrival.
Travelers must quarantine for 14 days in a government-provided facility or at their residence but with prior approval.
For reduced quarantine, travelers are required to present their original vaccine certificate for authentication upon arrival.

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.
All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.
This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
Most visitors from Israel can enter the Cayman Islands but you need to provide a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure and to isolate for 14 days
