COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken hours before departing to the Cayman Islands.
Exceptions

Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. An additional test is required on day 15 after arrival.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering the Cayman Islands.

Travelers must quarantine for 14 days in a government-provided facility or at their residence but with prior approval.

For reduced quarantine, travelers are required to present their original vaccine certificate for authentication upon arrival.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from the Cayman Islands must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from the Cayman Islands will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
