COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departing to the United Kingdom.
Exceptions

Travelers from the Common Travel Area (the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Ascension, Falkland Islands and St Helena), will not be in scope of the regulations. Children under the age of 11 will also not be required to complete pre-departure testing.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 10 days upon entering theUnited Kingdom.
The isolation period can be shortened

After 5 days of quarantine at the earliest, travelers can get a PCR or antigen test. If the test is negative, travelers do not need to quarantine further.

Details and exceptions

Travelers arriving in England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland who have been in the Red Listed countries in the last 10 days are required to book and pay for a Managed Quarantine Package prior to travel. On arrival, they must quarantine for 10 days at a government quarantine hotel and take 2 COVID-19 tests during the quarantine. Travelers going to Wales should follow rules from their designated ports of entry in England or Scotland.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from the United Kingdom must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from the United Kingdom will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
