COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 hours before departing to Ghana.
Exceptions

Travelers aged 5 years and older are required to take a COVID-19 test at the airport on arrival in Ghana at their own expense. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years will be tested on arrival free of charge. Travelers are required to pay the fee of $150 online prior to boarding. The test result will be available within 30 minutes.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel are not required to quarantine after entering Ghana.
Details and exceptions

Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 upon arrival in Ghana, asymptomatic or not, will be required to undergo mandatory quarantine and treatment at a designated health facility or isolation center, for seven (7) days at Government of Ghana expense. All passengers who are in quarantine will undergo a repeat COVID-19 test within 24 hours of arrival, also at Government of Ghana expense.

Those who receive negative test results will be allowed to enter Ghana with no quarantine requirement.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from Ghana must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from Ghana will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
