COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 48 hours before departing to Iraq.
Exceptions

Travelers without a COVID-19 result will be tested at their cost. Arriving travelers must sign a pledge to quarantine for 48 hours at their destination until they receive results.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Iraq.

All travelers arriving from abroad will be requested to quarantine for 14 days and may be requested to provide proof of reservation in a hotel for the duration of the quarantine period.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from Iraq must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from Iraq will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
