Only travelers who can prove that entry is for urgent family/work reasons will be allowed to enter, and they will be expected to fill in a travel certificate and provide proof.

Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to New Caledonia.
Exceptions

Travelers under the age of 11 are excempt.

This does not apply to arrivals from Wallis and Futuna.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering New Caledonia.

All travelers will be required to complete 14 days of quarantine in a hotel requisitioned by the government. This does not apply to arrivals from Wallis and Futuna.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from New Caledonia must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from New Caledonia will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
