Slovakia border status

Travelers entering quarantine must register online at https://korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica/, the authorities will contact them no earlier than the 8th day of their self-isolation to arrange a free RT-PCR test for COVID-19. If travelers are self-isolating at a private residence, anyone living in the same household must also self-isolate. After the traveler receives a negative test result, they may end their self-isolation.

Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to Slovakia.
Exceptions

All persons with proof that they have taken the vaccine against the COVID-19 at least two weeks have passed since the first dose and have proof of recovery from the virus within the last 180 days prior to boarding are exempted.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Slovakia.
The isolation period can be shortened

Travelers can get tested after 8 days and may break the quarantine if the result is negative.

Details and exceptions

Children under three years old must remain in home quarantine for 10 days, and all members of the household must be asymptomatic during this time.

COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Travelers returning from Slovakia must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Visitors returning from Slovakia will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
