COVID-19 testing requirements
Test type
Visitors from Israel must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departing to Uruguay.
Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Israel will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Uruguay.
The isolation period can be shortened

After 7 days of quarantine, travelers can get a test. If the test is negative, travelers do not need to quarantine further.

Details and exceptions

Travelers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have recovered from the disease are exempt from quarantine. Travelers must present either proof of vaccination or a positive test result taken 20 to 90 days prior the trip.

Test type
Travelers returning from Uruguay must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Israel.
Exceptions

All passengers, including protected individual (vaccinated and individual who recovered from COVID-19) must present a PCR test. It must be written in English and the passport number of the tested person must be indicated.

All inbound international passengers must pay for COVID-19 (PCR) tests required for entry to Israel.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors returning from Uruguay will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Israel.
Details and exceptions

This may be shortened to 10 days upon the completion of two negative coronavirus tests (one upon arrival and one after 9 days of self-isolation).
